What you get free
Complete the full adaptive screening without creating an account. You receive visual score bars for all 16 conditions and a cognitive profile type with a short description.
What is not included
We do not use AI to generate results at runtime. We do not provide a diagnosis. All narrative content is pre-written and selected based on your scores.
